Yesterday was Paul and my three-year anniversary of our first date. For our first date we went to Filippi's Pizza and bowling. It was seriously the best first date ever. I know that sounds cheesy, but I can still remember how I felt opening the bag of origami flowers he made for me, trying to force down a slice of pizza since I was so nervous I ate before the date, and losing at bowling while my blistered hand hurt...

I have a photo for today, but I can't put it up quite yet. I went to photograph my first wedding, so it isn't even with my computer right now.

Kids now a days are going to be so advanced in technology. My two year old nephew knows how to use an Ipad better than I do. Its crazy. These kids are going to be so much smarter than us.

I had imagined taking this shot the entire time I was helping to sell cookies. I must say, it came out exactly as I thought it would. I love this.

A very close friend and I are attending the Best Picture Showcase at AMC. We see all ten nominations over two days. I love spending the day at the movie theatre. I can't wait until I buy the vogue.

Paul bought me Uggs for our first Christmas together. I love these shoes.

I am so so grateful to Bronson (one of my bosses at Bauman Photographers). He allowed me to photograph his friend's event. I was extremely nervous the entire day. I even had trouble starting my car; I fiddled around with the battery just to realize the car was in reverse. I used a new camera with an external flash at the event. I had never really used a speedlite before so I even more nervous. It was a small photography show and the hosts revealed to their guests that they were pregnant. Then everyone sprayed silly string to find out what the sex of the baby was. It turned out to be a lot of fun. I got some great shots.

I helped out my mom's CCD class today. Pretty much made sure no one died during their Valentine's Day Party. One of the kids made a board game that was based on the seven deadly sins. Ha. Even Catholic board games are about how we are bad. It was actually a really fun game. Good job David.

Oh my goodness. Corner Cupcakes. Follow them on twitter. They have the most delicious cupcakes I have ever had. Seriously. They are so moist and full of flavor. Find their truck and get a cupcake. I am very picky on my desserts and rarely recommend places unless I know they are amazing.

It was the first time I tried to make sushi. I failed and ended up eating it with a spoon, but it was delicious.

On Tuesdays, Paul and I carpool. I wait for him to get off work. Today I hung out at the Del Taco since they had the only safe open bathrooms late at night. I loved how one of the workers was sleeping at the table.

Paul downloaded an app that allows you to play SNES games on the phone. He's playing sonic right now. I've got Goof Troop on my phone.

This is Jack Black or "Blackie." He pretty much owns my parents house. He is the oldest pet in the house and puts everyone in their place... including Patrick. Oh and I understand he appears brown in the photo, but he likes to roll in the dirt (I suppose that is his home made flea powder).

In lab, we practiced making a tv show. My first job was directing! I kept having flashbacks to Junior Theatre stage manager days. Ha. I messed up so much during that show. I would call light cues to early and put the actors in black. We just said oh a train is passing by. Oh how I love being back stage.
